Leadership Skills Will be a Critical Success Factor in a world of
Artificial Intelligence and Automation

At Blue Summit Consulting Group, LLC, we are committed to helping individuals and businesses alike prepare for and succeed in the future of work. Artificial Intelligence and automation will see dramatically increasing adoption and implementation over the next decade. While we don’t believe this will eliminate the need for humans in the workplace, this new industrial era will fundamentally change the nature of work as we know it today. A recent MIT study found that leadership skills such as "creativity, complex reasoning, and social and emotional intelligence" will be increasingly important skills to succeed in our developing AI world.

By achieving a PMP® or a CAPM® certification, employers know that you have the training and demonstrated experience and knowledge to lead project teams to success well into the future.
