Blue Summit was born in January 2019 out of a desire to revolutionize project management training and instructional design. After retiring from his Naval career, and gaining extensive experience as a staff officer, business development manager, and program manager in the federal contracting space, our founder saw a pressing need for more effective, modern, and accessible education options. Frustrated with outdated training methods that overwhelmed rather than empowered learners, we set out to create something different — something better.
