We currently offer single day, 4-day, 3-day, and 2-day DALSM courses. A single day workshop can be stood up for any single module offered by the full DALSM workshop and does NOT lead to certification. However, the multi-day workshops do lead to certification as a CDA or higher. The 4-day workshop covers covers the Foundations of Agile, Foundations of Lean, Foundations of Disciplined Agile, and Choose Your WoW modules, and is geared to people and teams who are new to Agile and Lean. The 3-day workshop skips the Foundations of Agile, and is for people and teams who already have some knowledge of and experience with Agile. The 2-day workshop skips Foundations of Agile and Foundations of Lean and is for people and teams who are already knowledgeable of and have significant experience with both Agile and Lean.
